1. About us
This website is operated by PawGenius, a registered sole proprietor (FOP) in Ukraine. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and product packaging may change. Some images and videos on this website are illustrations or AI visualizations and are labeled as such. Reviews marked as coming from other retailers refer to similar products sold elsewhere, as stated next to them.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Shipping within the United States is free. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If this happens after you have paid, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, cancellations, replacements and refunds are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

6. Product use
Please follow the instructions supplied with each product and supervise your pet when using it. Our products are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about your pet's health, consult a veterinarian.

7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
